Our School offers morning, afternoon sessions for PN, K1, K2 and K3.

Application Process
Application
Go to Online Application System
Before you start, please prepare an electronic copy of the following documents in PDF, PNG or JPG format (file size < 5MB).
- Recent photo of your child.
- Birth Certificate of your child.
If your child is not a permanent resident of Hong Kong, please also prepare the visa / entry permit on his/ her passport issued by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
* You will also need your Visa / Mastercard for the payment of HK $40 application fee, which is non-refundable.
Notes
- Applications will be processed upon receipt of the application fee.
- After submitting the application, you will receive an acknowledgement by email within 7 working days. An interview date and time will be sent by email (if applying online) or by post (if applying by post or in person). If you do not receive any acknowledgement from the school within 7 working days, please contact the school office.
- If your child is enrolled in our SSIT programme, the admission interview will be conducted during class time. You will be notified of the details at a later time.
School Fees
The monthly fee is HK $6,900 (Half-day class), HK $11,000 (Whole-day class) and is collected through autopay.
Application
Please download, print and complete the application form and attach the following documents:- Two recent photos of your child (exclude the one affixed on the application form).
- A copy of your child’s birth certificate. If your child is not a permanent resident of Hong Kong, please attach a copy of the visa / entry permit on his/ her passport issued by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- 3 self-addressed stamped (HK $2.2) envelope (4.5″ x 9.5″).
- The application fee is HK $40, which is non-refundable.
- Please send us the fee by cheque made payable to “Sophie Kindergarten”, with your child’s name, the class applied for and your contact number written on the back of the cheque.
